  • Enjoy unforgettable sunsets over the Bay of Banderas and the Puerto Vallarta skyline from the living room or bedroom balcony in this comfortable two-story flat in one of Puerto Vallarta's most exclusive zones. Fully remodeled with modern fixtures, granite countertops, fully-equipped kitchen, and contemporary furniture. Two master suites, each with bathroom, along with a third full bathroom downstairs.

    Girasol Sur is perched on the rocks between two white sand beaches known as Playas Gemelas ("Twin Beaches") with direct access to each. Awesome host and place! Would 100% stay there again. Loved the pool. The restaurant was really good. The beach had to have been the best beach in all of Puerto Vallarta!!

Beautiful, wonderful stay! Such attentive and quick responses. Loved the little cooler and umbrella for use at the beach. The private beach access was so amazing. Beds were comfortable, AC was perfect. Restaurant on site was great for breakfast. We loved it here and would star again any time.

The view is great, the place had everything we needed, the bus is convenient from hotel to town, and the beaches you can access from the hotel are awesome, one was so good for our kids!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The hosts were easy to communicate with and helped with everything. The beaches were outstanding and ideal for snorkeling . The restaurant and Market has good choices, but travel into town was quick and cheap! A great vacation!

Super wonderful stay at our favorite beach in Puerto Vallarta

We had a great stay. Our host was great and very responsive. This is our second time at this beach. We just love it. The local beach restaurant is also wonderful with excellent staff.

Great location and amazing views

Great location and amazing view! We love waking up hearing the waves of the ocean. We saw many whales from the balcony and enjoyed very much our stay there.

The property was great! Very clean and everyone was so friendly. The pool was clean. The condo was spotless and comfortable. The owners were THE BEST and friendly. The grill was tasty and tge on site store was very reasonable.

Perfect ocean side vacation

My wife and I just concluded a weeks stay at Girasol Sur and really enjoyed our stay! Nice accommodations with an amazing view! Would love to come back someday for a longer stay. Only slight negative is the loud music from the neighboring hotel. But definitely not a deal breaker.

Perfect stay!

This is our second time staying here, and we can’t wait to come back. The apartment is beautiful, the property is impeccably maintained, and the condo staff are very friendly. Mary and Nick are very responsive and helpful with all requests. Even nature provided great entertainment from the balcony - humpbacks, turtles, dolphins and rays!

Lovely property. Right overlooking ocean. We were able to see the whales swim past! Beach is literally outside the door, condos were clean, pool was great. It was a quick trip into town for dinner, entertainment, etc. Would totally recommend this property!

Beautiful location, amazing service

Girasol Sur was an ideal location, and everyone who works there is extraordinarily nice. The condominium in particular was beautifully appointed. The beds are amazing! The view spectacular. And the hosts were so helpful. They left detailed information for us and even helped us find a good spear fishing guide! The stay couldn’t have been better.

Very nice place, great view, quiet, clean and roomy

We enjoyed our stay very much, the condo itself was very comfortable. Two full size balconys over looking the pool/ ocean. Great to sleep and wake up to the sound of the ocean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and beach areas were very nice. The building itself is old, the elevators were down, used the service elevator during our stay. Highly recommend the Condo itself, the beach, pool area and staff.

Beautiful Condo, Fantastic Location!

This was our first time in Puerto Vallarta, and Mexico and we could not have picked a better location. The 6th floor condo is beautifully maintained with panoramic views of the Bay of Banderas and Los Arcos. The two beaches on either side have clear warm water, and the restaurant in the building has such amazing food! Our family had a fun filled and memorable vacation. The host Mary was incredibly responsive to all our questions made sure everything was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Solo Trip

This was about my tenth trip to Mexico but the first going by myself. Don’t forget your earphones - the hotel next door had to be the noisiest of all times! Otherwise the property was very chill and well maintained.

Puerto Vallarta, best stay so far

We stayed in a beautiful part of Puerto Vallarta- older area but quiet, relaxing and staff are so pleasant and helpful. The 2 bedroom condo had upstairs and downstairs with plenty of space- best place here in these condos so far!! We have stayed here 7-8 x’s. Bus is a cheap ride $1.50 for both of us and a taxi is $10 to go into town. Check out Youtube for things and places to go eat in town; you won’t be disappointed.

nice spot on the water

It's as advertised, pretty spot on the water, two beaches nearby. On prem restaurant much better than expected, super-friendly folks. People who live in the units are great. Only bummer is at times there is a late night party at a house in the same bay. Take the public bus in front to Boca to jump on boats to various towns along the water or to PV to shop and dine. Botanical gardens is a must visit, esp the restaurant. Condo has all you need and is well managed.

Paradise in PV

Simply paradise in PV. Everything in the condo was just like in the pictures and everything worked. Mary was a super helpful host and always communicating with us to see how we were doing. The views were breathtaking and our stay there was wonderful. The restaurant by the pool served excellent food and the staff were the best in PV. We ate there often and every meal was excellent. Also the store on premise had everything that we needed. Also the staff at the front desk were always super helpful and friendly. We stayed there for the month of February 2024 and we would go back again.

AMAZING PROPERTY AND WONDERFUL HOST!

If you need to stay at a quiet breathtakimg viewed condo, this is the one! The waters are the most beautiful in PV and Maria provided toys for the kids to play with! Maria was a wonderful host and very informative! She knew all the neat restraunts and things to do in PV. While there were a few hiccups in the unit, Maria was on it immediately and we got it figured out promptly. We saw whales from our balcony and the place was cleam and had everything you need to cook amd clean. Thanks Maria you were a joy to deal with! Natalie amd Foss family
