« We had a very nice few days here with our children, we chose the location to be close to Mogan, to the beaches of the south and because we thought the property was reasonably priced. We had a slight mishap late at night trying to get in as there are 2 lockboxes at the entrance to the property and we only saw one as it was dark, so that caused a few minutes of stress trying to get in, but otherwise fine. The flat itself is pleasant and we made good use of the kitchen - one issue we had is that...

« I stayed at this hotel for my vacation, and it happened to be raining heavily. We had very large pieces of luggage, but the elevator wasn't working. Even though there were many staff members around, nobody offered to help us, even after we explicitly asked. We had to carry our heavy bags up ourselves, step by step, and I actually slipped and fell. Throughout our entire 5-day stay, the elevator broken every single day. We had to manage everything completely on our own; the staff simply didn't...
