'a reasonable hotel with this price in a place like puerto rico. it is next to beach (about 100 meter). You need to take a taxi (10 minutes and 15$) to get to old san juan. So if you are for sight seeing than, the find something in the old san juan but for beach fun location of this hotel is good.'

'We stayed one night at Place by the Sea and it was more than adequate. Our mobile home was large and clean, the service was stellar, and the view from the back was quiet and relaxing! Fernando was so nice and recommend an amazing restaurant close by called el Rancho Playero!'

'We loved this place and would definitely stay again. It was comfortable and clean, had nice amenities, and was within walking distance to a few restaurants and Ocean Beach. It’s a bit further from some of the nicer restaurants but Ubers were cheap so it was a good spot for our first visit to Puerto Rico.'

'First off, I would like to say that Ivannie and Jose, we’re very accommodating hosts. Jose was easy to talk to and responded promptly and was always professional. The area was nice. There are a couple of bars, wonderful small restaurants, and a delicious coffee shop that all are in walking distance. We tried about 4 restaurants in the area, and all were great! The beach (literally a 5 minute walk) was the best part. Keep in mind that there are apartment complexes that block the ocean view, so...
