'The apartment is great and pretty central to Play del Carmen but we had issues with the noise - two buildings next door were being in construction and bars nearby blared music till around 1 am. Big props to Jose who's very nice and prompt responding to any requests - our 5 gal water dispenser bottle cracked at 11 pm and he promptly came to change it (the water dispenser option is a great feature in itself for foreign clients not wanting to drink the local tap water).'

'The online photos do not do The Taj justice! Everything exceeded my expectations...a five star experience...the service is outstanding. The views are stunning...the beach and pool setting were perfect for my family. This is a luxury boutique hotel that checked all the boxes: close to great food, spa, shopping and always an open lounge chair available beach and poolside. The service and views are what make this place stand out.'

'Het appartement bevindt zich op een bewaakte compound. Het is er heerlijk rustig. Op loop afstand van de winkels, terrasjes en het strand waar de drukte is. Het appartement heeft een fijne airco en een goed bed. Wij hebben er een week heerlijk vakantie gehouden. We vinden dit appartement een aanrader! Dank je wel Victor, voor dit fijne verblijf. '

'The owner will force you into paying more than your booking states, if you don’t accept you can leave (which was not an option for us end of day on a saturday). Aircon leaking ice and water onto the bed.'

'The suite was really nice, had everything we needed. Phenomenal location, quiet end of 5th. The only downside of this suite that couldn’t be controlled is there isn’t a lot of natural light. The pool was wonderful and warm and not busy at all.'

'We spent a wonderful week at Tito's Paradise. The location can't be beat - a gorgeous view of the ocean, close to town but not right in the center, and easy access to all points on the island. The accomodations were very comfortable and the place was fully stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the serene vibe - no parties, loud guests or kids. It was very relaxing and we have already booked our next trip! The owners Spela and Alex were exceptional in their communication, always readily...

'Room was excellent, great centralized location to many activities, a block from the beach, reliable taxis are right outside the location, great views from the rooftop pool, rooftop bar was excellent with good food, had an issue with the door that was my fault which was resolved extremely fast, great communication from property managers'

'Este Penthouse es increíble es en el cuarto piso tiene una vista maravillosa con su propio jacuzzi con terrasa para hazar cane, buena locacion para movernos a Tulum o Cancún estavamos en medio de las dos locaciones fue buena idea rentar este condominio en esta locación nos podríamos mover a cualquiera de los dos lados lo recomiendo, privado muy limpio 3 recamaras 2 baños increible espacio, mi esposa le encanto y a mi hijo, quieren regresar. Lo recomindo.'

'We recently stayed at this condo with close friends. The balcony overlooking the ocean was absolutely stunning and provided the perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise and sunset daily. We really enjoyed being able to snorkel right off the property, even though the current could be strong at times. It was the perfect place to spend quality time and create lasting memories.'

'Loved the view and location! Bed & bedding were good for us. Some things need fixing or updating. We love to open the windows to let the breeze in, which we did, until mosquitos are out. The sliding glass doors did not have screens & one slider (in the bedroom) we could not open, but it's not an issue if you want to use the air conditioners. Over all we would not hesitate to rent again because of the view & location.'

'We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is absolutely perfect: within a gated community, a five minute walk from the famous Quintana avenida, and located DIRECTLY on the beach! Overall, I would highly recommend this property. PROS 1) location (walking distance to everything, including the ferry) 2) spacious (plenty of beds/bedrooms) 3) supplies (loads of pots, pans, cutlery and toiletries plus books, board games and beach toys) 4) pool (there's a swim up bar!) 5) cleaning service...

'This condo was wonderful! Loved the size and layout of the rooms. Exactly as advertised. Well stocked with staples, tons of towels, beds were comfortable, bathrooms are spacious. We were a group of 6 and had plenty of room. Patio is large and wonderful for viewing the sunset. The water is crystal clear and there’s great snorkeling as soon as you jump in the water. The pool area is lovely. We were super close walking distance to the north marina where our dive boat was docked so it was super...
