The Space:

This stunning property features an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, providing a spacious social space with direct access to the terrace. The terrace boasts a hot tub, barbecue, dining area, and lounge chairs, all overlooking the beautiful garden, pool, and beach.



The master bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed, a 65-inch Smart TV, and a private bathroom.



The second bedroom is equipped with two queen-size beds and a private bathroom.



For your convenience, the laundry room includes a washer and dryer.



Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets as per condominium regulations.

Guest Access:

In front of the condo, we have ample free parking with access to a ramp for added convenience. This makes arrival with luggage or for any shopping trips hassle-free. Additionally, less than 500 meters from the entrance of Puerto Aventuras, just a 3-4 minute drive away, you'll find a large supermarket.



The location is also ideal for accessing the center of Puerto Aventuras, where you can enjoy multiple shops, restaurants, bars, a golf course, and the exciting Dolphin Discovery. You can reach this lively center in less than a 3-minute drive or, if you prefer a more relaxed experience, by walking along the beach in just 5 minutes.



The Neighborhood:

Interaction with Guests:

One of our hosts will provide you with the arrival instructions. We will send you the door code on the day of your arrival.
