'It was very nice and clean'

'Restaurants and location were great. Had to wait in a long line when my keycards were not working. Extended checkout time was not possible despite being a Hilton Gold member. Room was cleaned only once in three nights.'

'Very clean and well-maintained property. It doesn’t have ocean-view rooms, but the golf course views are gorgeous. We even saw herds of goats grazing on the golf course, which was such a fun surprise! The pool is nice, has many slides which my kiddos enjoy. I will definitely stay there again if going back to the big island'

'Personeel was heelnaardig, locatie was prachtig, maar onze douche gaf alleen maar koud water. We hebben bij de front desk gevraagd of er iemand naar kon kijken. We waren die dag toch de hele dag op excursie (van 7 uur ‘s morgens tot 7 uur ‘s avonds). Echter toen we terug bij de kamer kwamen stond de deur gewoon open…. 'Warm and friendly staff. Water fillers in numerous locations, which was very convenient. Water bottles provided. Snorkeling was wonderful on property. The pool was beautiful. The grounds were well maintained and luscious. Food at the pool was delicious. Breakfast buffet was OK. Balcony lounge food could be improved.'
