Welcome to Villa Troyanda, our family property in the heart of Grace Bay.
Tucked away on a peaceful residential street, Villa Troyanda gives you the best of both worlds: a quiet place to come home to, while Grace Bay Beach, restaurants, shops and island life are only minutes away.
A one-bedroom apartment, bright and comfortable 750 sq. ft. with one of our favorite features: a screened patio that opens directly onto the pool deck. Start the morning with coffee by the water, take one of the bicycles out to explore Grace Bay, spend the afternoon at the beach, and come home for a swim before dinner.
The apartment is ideal for a couple, solo traveler, honeymoon stay, or a small family with one child, with a maximum of three guests.
The apartment has everything you need to settle in and feel at home rather than live out of a hotel room.
The bedroom has a king-size bed, air conditioning and its own flat-screen TV. The living area has a sofa, a second air-conditioning unit and another TV.
The full-size kitchen makes it easy to prepare breakfast, snacks or dinner at home, and having your own full-size washer and dryer is especially convenient for longer stays and beach days.
The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower, vanity and toilet.
Outside, your screened patio faces the property's 24 x 12 ft swimming pool and spacious sun deck. Tropical plants and flowers surround the property and give Villa Troyanda a relaxed, intimate feel.
