' This place was beautiful in every way! Property was very well maintained, away from the resorts, with miles of open beach with nobody on them! Bordering the national park! Kayaks available, plenty of chairs/recliners with Tiki huts on the beach. Beautiful clean pool and hot tub! Lisa our contact was extremely helpful and responsive. Restaurant on site with great helpful staff! Thank you Northwest Point!'

'The property is out of the tourist area but the whole island is 17 miles so easy to get wherever you're going if you have rental car. Bedroom has tv with cable and window air conditioner. No tv in living room and has ceiling fan. Spacious place, full kitchen, lovely deck to have morning coffee. Property manager was resposive and accomodating.'

'Sea la Vie is off the beaten path and perfect if you want a quiet getaway away from all the resorts and other tourists. You’ll definitely need a rental car and some groceries for coffee and breakfast before you head out for the day. It has all the amenities of an apartment and a hotel combined. The host, Majid is helpful and responds quickly. The pool was a little dirty but was attended to quickly. The beautiful, quiet villa was perfect for my fiancé and I. 10/10 Would stay again!'

'Rose was a perfect host and met all of our needs. We wanted to be away from the hustle and bustle so the villa was just what we wished yet close to the grocery and stores. We haven't stayed on this side of the island but found the secret beach access for Long Bay and enjoyed Turks Kabob and especially Cocovans. We love this island and will be back. Quiet, serene and within walking distance to beach, stores, shops and restaurants. If I get to come back I will secure this property again.'

'Owners are VERY quick to reply ... thank you for your guidance and hospitality. Walking very short distance (under 15mins one way) to a few restaurants, Rental (car, bike, scooter) and Ocean Bright beach in Grace Bay. Within a 30 to 40 mins walking (one way) distance to grocery store and wine cellar (liquor store). The common area is cleaned daily ... Pool temperature is a little fridged but refreshing when in the hot sun. GREAT Sunset views from the condo entrance. You wont be disapointed...

'We were looking for something affordable and relatively not too far from the main beaches and this is the place. We had amazing and safe time during our stay. The property was gated with the security cameras and electric gate which made our stay very safe. The check in process was very easy, the host was very nice and care of our needs. The only thing I wish to update is the speed of the internet, it was kind of slow we could not catch up a lot on work emails but hey we are on vacation anyway....

'Nice view of the ocean and quiet location with gated perimeter. The pool only has one long lounge chair but there are plenty of other chairs and we never saw anyone else at the pool except ourselves, so it was like a private pool. It was just a short walk or drive down to the beach which was very secluded and had pretty good snorkeling.'

'We had an amazing week on the island and the condo was perfect. Everything was neat, clean, and as advertised. The host was incredibly responsive and handled everything from our checkin to requests with ease. The morning coffees and afternoon happy hours were perfect on the patio while enjoying the views. Easy walk to several great restaurants, snorkeling, and nearly private beach’s. Just a quick walk to TCI car rentals as well if you need transportation.'

'We were very happy with the property. True to the description. We cooked full meals with no issues and we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was good. The private beach was a short easy walk. The pool came in handy in the morning and evenings when we were at the property. Andy below the unit was very helpful as well. We would certainly return to this rental.'

'My husband and I stayed at The Atrium for 9 days for our babymoon and we were absolutely blown away. Very spacious living condition, kitchen, washer/dryer, loved the accessibility with the pool, close to our favorite beach on the island, Leeward Beach and a shuttle ride to/from the beach provided along with beach towels, beach loungers and sun umbrella. As well as a reasonable price. We would absolutely stay here again! Only suggestion would be to have more a variety of knives to use for...

'Even though we are on the side of the island that is away from the hussle and bussle of Queens Bay. It is the perfect area for private beaches with peace and quiet. Prepped (a must) taxi pickup and drop off the day before since we wanted to spend the entire day at Queens Bay, took about 30 mins with traffic. Neptune villa has the most beautiful views and if you need away from people, they are the place for you. Be prepared to go get groceries or snacks before hand. The restaraunt on the...
