We had an overall nice stay at this property. The location was great, peaceful, quiet, and perfect for relaxing. The space itself was very spacious and worked well for our family.However, we did experience an issue with the hot water during our stay. We reported it and tried all the suggested troubleshooting steps, but unfortunately there was no improvement and we had no hot water at all. The water heater appeared to need servicing. We understand that sometimes issues like this come up and may not be fixable right away. That said, it was a significant inconvenience for us as a family of six, especially with children, and having only cold showers made things quite challenging.Management was responsive initially and mentioned they were looking into the issue and would follow up, but we didn’t hear back which is disappointing. Overall, we enjoyed the property and its peaceful setting. It would be helpful for future stays if maintenance checks are completed ahead of guest arrivals to ensure everything is working properly and avoid similar issues.

Lovely home, peaceful location and comfortable. Loved that the kitchen had a great set of pots, pans and cooking utensils so was easy to cook in. Beds were comfortable, and views were spectacular. There was both snorkeling gear and beach chairs available, umbrellas and a large cooler. We only wished there had been some sort of dresser or armoire in the middle bedroom, we found it seriously frustrating not to have a place to put one’s clothes.

Spacious, well-designed condo with beautiful mountain views, remarkably well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. Separation between bedrooms makes the space great for sharing with other adults. The management company was so responsive and easy to work with and fielded an onslaught of questions from us before our arrival. The only thing to note is that the unit is right on the road so there is some car traffic beginning around 7 am. This place is a find - highly recommended!

This is a great property with plenty of space. We really appreciated having air conditioning, and the beach equipment in the garage was a huge bonus. Having boogie boards, chairs, and an umbrella made our beach days so easy. The kitchen also had lots of storage containers which was helpful when packing up lunches.We had a couple of minor issues during our stay, but the management team was very responsive and resolved everything quickly, which we truly appreciated.The neighborhood was nice and quiet, with lots of full-time residents vs all vacationers. That has both pros and cons. It was very peaceful, though we did feel a bit stressed about our kids being too loud at the pool since it seemed residents prefer a quieter atmosphere. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay and we enjoyed our time there.The view from the deck really made evenings feel special.

The place was very well equipped with a full kitchen, multiple TVs, beach chairs and parking for two cars. The Princeville location was wonderful, with nearby beaches and good dining choices. Our party included three couples, and we all had a good time. Be aware that the third bedroom and bath are much smaller. Overall a great vacation experience.

This was a great location with beautiful views of the mountains. We appreciated the use of all the gear: boogie boards, snorkel & fins, beach chairs & golf clubs. We were able to zip around to visit many of the local beaches. The only other item I might include is a pack n play, but we were able to rent one from a local vendor. Everything about our stay was enjoyable and we would stay here again!

The location was beautiful and the view from the back decks was amazing! Everything was very clean. Everything we needed was there and it was a very comfortable stay! Easy to get to and was helpful to be able to borrow a cooler and beach chairs also!

Amazing Stay

The condo was perfect for us (family of 6 total with 2 kids) - very spacious with lots of room in the kitchen and living room. Beach items were awesome to have - chairs, umbrella, and toys for the kids. Wonderful location about 10 minutes from Hanalei town which has several restaurants. Also close to Foodland for groceries. Couldn't have gone better!

Location and mountain view

The home was thoughtfully decorated with a tropical theme. Spacious for family or friends. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, golf and stunning beaches. Whether you snorkel or watch surfers, the water is gorgeous! I enjoyed morning coffee on the back porch watching the clouds move over the mountains and the entertaining roosters and hens with chicks.

Ohana Adventure

We had a great time in Kauai with our family. We haven't been back for a long time and wanted to share the beauty with our grown children. The place was spacious and clean. The kitchen is not stocked with spices, so you would have to buy them. A dining room chair was missing so instead of 6 there were only 5. We used a stool instead so we could all eat at the dining room table. The cleaning people were still cleaning when we arrived doing some touch-up cleaning. Bath Soap was not available on the first night but was brought to us immediately. There's only BBQ on-premise, so usually there is a wait around dinner time. Other than that, the place was big and spacious with beach gear to use. Thank you!

Great home villa with great view

Went for a family trip with 6 people and we all loved this home. The location. Perfect, close to Hanalei and beautiful beaches but still close to kapa’a for nice restaurants and shopping. Views. Awesome, you walk out and see waterfalls from a distance. Still on a golf course where you can walk 20 minutes to princeville makai 7 hole where the sunsets are to die for. We played at makai and it was only a 5 minute walk to the clubhouse. Hideaway beach is about a 35 minute walk but the views are worth it on the way. The biggest perk was definitely the Ac. Worked great after long hot days hiking and was able to sleep comfortable. Down sides, the stairs can be taxing and are hardwood. They ask you to take your shoes off at the door so walking up the stairs in socks were a little difficult for my elderly mom. There is no ac in one of the bedrooms so trying to figure out who got that room was difficult as it can get muggy at night. Overall I give this place 9 out of 10 just because of everything else mentioned. Will definitely be going back.

Couldn't ask for a better place!

Everything was excellent! The home was beautiful and the view was amazing. It was very clean and felt safe. Almost everything you need is available including body boards and snorkel gear. The only thing that wasn't available was a cooler for day trips but we were able to pick up a cheap one at a nearby store. I recommend this home to anyone looking and would definitely stay again. It was nicer than a nearby resort where some friends stayed. Thank you for a lovely time.

Heaven on earth.

The property was lovely! Also very clean and safe. Beautiful location and close to Princeville Shopping center for groceries and shopping. Very close to Hanalei which is key!
