'Responsive to my pointless question, which was nice. Otherwise, a wonderful place to stay, exactly as advertised. The carpet has some small staining and the AC sounds odd to start up and stop, but I could care less about those. Stains come with time and that’s fine. Loved the place. '

'The studio is really sweet. We love this location and Daniel is very responsive and helpful. The parking can be little stressful during busier holiday times when the units fill up. Just know that you can park where there's a designated "permit" spots in the lot. We've stayed in the larger/loft studio next door in the past which is preferred. Not only is it larger, cleaner, and has all the comforts of your home, you also get your own designated parking spot. I will say though, I think this...

'Great location to explore North Shore beaches. Our host was most welcoming! Very comfortable accommodations. We slept so well! Our host provided great recommendations. Everything we needed for a relaxing stay and beach adventures was provided. We cooked breakfast and had takeout from the local Foodland. We didn't use the pool, hot tub or grill as we were more interested in the beaches but they looked good too.'

'This was a great place. My family loved it and it was perfect for the 6 of us. 2 adults and 4 teenagers. Great location and easy to get to. Great view on the golf course. We were at the beach most of the time and did not get a chance to use the community pool. I would stay here again for sure. '

'We had a wonderful stay in this condo and were so glad we decided on Princeville as our home base. The condo had everything we needed, boogie boards for all of us, snorkel gear, beach chairs, towels but most important it was quiet and peaceful. The location on the golf course is beautiful and there are so many amazing beaches within a 10 to 30 minute drive. Our favorites were Secret Beach, Tunnels and Kealia Beach for boogie boarding. We went to Poipu area for a day but found it way too crowded....

"We had a great stay. Checking in and out was easy. Enough parking spaces around the building. Very nice apartment that has all the utilities you need during a stay (only keep in mind that there is no stove in case you want to cook, but the bbq area is great). AC and fan worked well. It is very quiet in the apartment building. Apartment has a cooler, umbrella and 2 beach chairs. The swimming pool, hot tub and bbq area is nice. The garden around the apartment and pool area is beautiful.Only possible downside is that it is very bright in the room in the morning (there are no darkening blinds or curtains), but this did not bother us too much."
