'Good thing So clean, cozy and silent. All facilities were good. There were many good and fancy restaurants, and marts. The park, just next to the apartment was so amazing and beautiful. 'I recently stayed at the Novotel City Centre for work, and both the hotel and its location were excellent. Unfortunately, I was overcharged by a taxi driver upon arrival at the airport, who demanded 40,000 KZT for a ride that should have cost only 10,000 KZT. However, a member of the hotel staff, Adil, went above and beyond to assist me. 'Everything was perfect. Great selection of breakfast, rooms are clean and big enough, fast room service, gym was fine and people are very friendly at the reception. This hotel is my all time favorite in Almaty and would defiantly recommend this hotel with European standards. One remark, try to get a room on the back side of the building as the street side can be a little noisy for sensitive sleepers.'

'We booked a one BR Apartment for a family of 4 including 2 kids (5 yo). The apartment and the bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. The sofa bed in the living room converted to a pull out bed (unfortunately it is the most uncomfortable bed for 2). The location of the hotel is excellent, with 2 minutes walk to the famous Arbat Street. There are plenty of supermarkets around, with a huge Magnum store just across the road in Lumier building. '
