'The hotel’s location is excellent—it’s very close to Ruby Falls and Rock City, making it a convenient choice for sightseeing. However, our stay had several inconveniences. We were assigned a room on the third floor, but the elevator was out of service due to ongoing construction. For a family traveling with children, this was especially difficult since we had to take the elevator to the fourth floor and then use the stairs to reach the third floor. 'The rooms are vey clean. The hotel is very nice, the staff was excellent and location is great. The room amenities are okay, but not to the level of 5 stars. 4+ overall.'

'Cute remodeled hotel, but does not have standard amenities I am used to. You have to specifically ask / indicate you want your room cleaned, the tv was difficult to navigate and lacked various apps you would typically have available, I wasn’t able to readily locate the WiFi password, and there was a man’s hair in the bathtub before we used it. 'If this place offers breakfast, why were other guests hanging out and cooking breakfast outside my window? This place has the worst breakfast I’ve seen, dollar store pastries and not much else. The refrigerator door sticks open where the yogurts are kept and they were all spoiled. What you’d expect otherwise.'

'OK for one night. Large room and close to the Chikamauga battlefield. Good also for visiting Lookout Mountain. Hotel is a bit older,but room was clean. Breakfast was rather poor.'
