'I was traveling to Texas for work and stayed at this hotel twice in one week. Both times the staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was outstanding with food always hot and delicious. The coffee was always available throughout the day and night. This hotel is a great location, right off the highway and located near a mall, shopping, and multiple restaurants. I would definitely stay here again when traveling through Chattanooga. '

'Clean, modern room. 24/7 exercise room. Staff at check in was wonderful. I did not eat breakfast but went into the dining area right before breakfast end to use the toaster and the employee working in the kitchen was kind of rude to the other employee and her attitude in front of guests was not a good look for the hotel. Otherwise everything went great. I was only there for about 10 hours total. '

'We weren't sure what to expect booking outside of a chain hotel. Room was attractively styled with numerous little touches that made it a delightful place to stay. Host was not on site when we arrived but made all the necessary arrangements via text message. She was very helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone traveling through the area.'

'A Beautiful historical Hotel. Good drinks & friendly staff at their bar. The doorman, check-in staff & valet was well run & professional. Comfy beds, water pressure awesome in the shower, nice layout. Couldn’t get in the steak restaurant due to a buy out.'

'The property presented with welcoming and helpful staff—they allowed us to store our ice cream for a birthday party the following morning. The room was clean; the hot breakfast was amazing; the shower head gave a great shower. Our only concern was the sink drain in Room 224 took ages to drain. Otherwise, our 3 day stay we definitely rate a 5 star visit!!'
