« The balcony upgraded unit was unusable as it had no furnitures, just open space which had rained on and dirts with paddle. Other than that, the staff was amazing, probably the best staff members I’ve interacted with! Do thank you to them and I might return because of them. »

« Hotel Heron is ideally located in the middle of Old Town Alexandria. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. Kiln onsite restaurant was very good. We did have a couple issues with the room attendant who forgot to replace our wash cloths and made the bed with two top sheets instead of using a bottom fitted sheet. The sheet you laid was not tucked in so it slid around and got bundled up during the night. Annoying. Hotel’s valet parking is expensive so we used the Courthouse Garage...

« L'hôtel est très bien MAIS attention au parking. Il est annoncé comme " libre " par l'hôtel sur le site de hotes.com. On peut donc s'attendre à trouver un parking de stationnement. Que nenni il s'agit uniquement d'un parking sous-sol à 30 $ la nuit. Vous êtes simplement libre de payer si vous voulez vous garer.
