'Honestly, if location is all that matters, this is the place. Its location is incredible. With that said, the fold-out bed is very uncomfortable; the shower takes a long time to drain; the bathroom is cramped; and the owners tried to charge me half of my security deposit, saying they had paid me in full, which was not the case. Choose this property at your own risk.'

'The apartment is in a very good location to get to The Marais, Beaubourg and the river within a 10 minute walk. It is quiet at night and we felt safe. It is air conditioned and has a good shower room. However, it is to all intents and purposes, hermetically sealed with no usable opening windows and the windows have obscure film or shutters on them so you can’t see outside- necessary, presumably, because it is at street level. 'Appartement petit mais très confortable. Très facile de communiquer avec les hôtes, ils ont le soucis de notre bien être. Nous avions reçu avant notre arrivée plusieurs informations concernant les commodités au alentours de notre résidence ( restaurant, épicerie, boulangerie…) qui nous ont été très utiles. L’air climatisé fonctionnait très bien! Je recommande'

'Excellent location for this property, within walking distance to many sites and also close to metro. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area. It was very noisy at night, couldn’t leave windows open which was tough when temperatures were high.'

'My husband and I stayed in this apartment with our two college aged daughters, and it was perfect! The location is ideal - close to the Eiffel Tower, the Seine, amazing restaurants and wine and cheese shops as well as fresh fruit stands. After a wonderful day of walking miles through Paris, the apartment was very comfortable for relaxing and reflecting on our day over some wine and cheese. And the beds were very comfortable! Money well spent for a fabulous vacation!'
