'Missing a lot of basic items such as no hand soap, no paper towel, no tissue papers, microwave not working, no dryer, no iron, no air freshener to minimize sewer smell. Kitchen counter top is dirty. The lights in the bedroom second level were not working. We bought our own items and left it there for next people to use. Bedroom and living area space is okay. Bathroom is extremely small. 'Great location. Cleanliness could be improved.'

Only other downside was the parking there’s an allocated space in the basement car park but at the meet and greet she didn’t know how to get to the basement to park using the allocated parking space. Place was in a great location especially for...

'Excellent stay. Hotel has been renovated recently. Everything is spanking new. Staff: one young lady was extremely helpful. Cheerful and kind. We arrived early in the morning, they stored our luggage and offered coffee and tea. Lots of restaurants and boulangeries around. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel and opt to go out and have coffee and croissants. It's very close to Sacré-Cœur and Moulin Rouge area. Con - we book the Comfort Double room so it's not the smallest, but it was still...
