The general quality of the home is about what you see in the photos. We found the home to be adequately equipped but it seemed odd that there was only one wine glass. '

'This home was comfortable and clean, nicely decorated and roomier than expected. Yard and porch welcoming. The only negative was it was difficult to find. We understood it was behind another home at the same address, but arrived after dark and could not find the street numbers. Did not expect to have to drive in the grass and through a gate. A sign or detailed instructions would have helped. '

'The Abode On the Sea is very charming. The bed was especially comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. The view is spectacular! I especially appreciate the hot water on demand and great water pressure. The abode is very accessible to the lovely town of Winslow/Bainbridge Ferry and other attractions like several beaches, the Grand Forest and a quick drive to the Rolling Bay Area and Bloedel Reserve (a must see natural delight). We highly recommend this delightful abode.'
