'Clean space with a great location! The host was very communicative and helpful.'

'Pros: Location - close to everything. Cons: Location - lots of people, lots of noise even past midnight. Furniture such as bed and sofa show age and could be replaced, but overall a great apartment. We had children, so it was nice to have a spacious space, kitchen to prep food, and a smart TV with streaming services. The door lock that everybody seems to complain about is just a tight latch. Pull the door hard while you turn and it pops open. Communication is great. They are on top of everything...

'Nos quedamos sin luz y sin agua caliente, fue muy complicado conseguir ayuda del host. El área y el depa muy bonitos, en primer piso, si tan solo hubieramos podido aprovechar el departamento con Luz, agua caliente, etc hubiera estado superb.'

'Location was great but it had no windows to open or air conditioning. Was up to 90 degrees outside when we stayed and the apartment was very humid and hot. Had one small fan that was very weak.'

'Nice, clean apartment in an excellent location. After hours check in charges are steep. Internet did not work for 5 of our 7 day stay. Host was non-responsive through WhatsApp, which they had told us to use to communicate problems. Communication of the issue through Expedia was slow and did not resolve the issue. We had expected/needed internet access for work during the trip and were disappointed to have to search for that access off premises.'

'Amazing property in a very well located building close to the Eiffel tour, Pont Alma and many other Parisian musts. It is perfect for couples. Even though is a typical French studio space has been masterfully used. The communication with the property management was amazing we had to send a few messages sending questions and our answers never took more than a few minutes to be received. It was a great customer service experience on their end.'
