'It is a small place on the 17th of an apartment building. Perfect for a solotraveler or a couple. All the amenities you need. Supermarkets and restaurants in the neighbourhood. It is not the pretty part of Paris, but the metro is at 5 minutes. Host lives in the same building and is helpful.'

'The host was very communicative and allowed us to check in early which was very helpful and appreciated, especially with a little kiddo. The check in instructions were easy to follow and very well written. I thought the explanation of the rooms and space in general was on par with the description in the listing. From a size perspective it was a good fit for the 4 adults, 3 kiddo group we had. Communal living room space did not have a tv or full seating but kitchen definitely allowed for...

'Lovely location close to restaurants and bars. Easy walk to metro station.Apartment very clean and modern. Very small apartment and probably not big enough for 5 people and suitcases etc. luckily we really only slept there as there was no space for anything else. Very fast communication on the platform with easy instructions. '

'Everything at the apartment was lovely and functioning properly. A bit of a problem with the property not being ready at the promised check in time, but it was resolved and the host was lovely and communicative after that. Would definitely stay again, it is a nice big space for friends to gather .'

'Edgar's loft was wonderful for our group of 6. The living room was a really large and comfortable space to hang out in or relax after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen had all necessities for cooking meals. The beds were quite comfortable. The smaller bedrooms were a bit warm, but there were fans that helped. The neighborhood had plenty of markets, boulangeries, and cafes nearby. We wish we had stayed one more day to just relax in the loft.'
