Pensions in Pollensa

'bars nearby were noisy lat at night'

'Excellent location, near to the beach and restaurants and also near to local bus stop. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and was kept clean every day. Use of the hotel facilities in addition to the small garden and pool at the apartment if needed.'

'They have a hot tub on the top floor which would have been great as we booked the Terrace suite , however it was very old , did not work properly and was not clean . Very old they need to replace it . It was very dirty. Also no canopy over it as it was broken and we informed staff who said that the maintenance sense man would fix it , this didn’t happen whilst we were there. Would have been nice to use hot tub not only one set of jets were working and it was not clean . Head rest fell of and it...

'The people were friendly, but the maintenance on the equipment in the kitchen and in the rooms was not up to standard (air conditioning smelled bad for a couple of days, and did not cool the room sufficiently. In contradiction of what is written in other reviews the quality of the food in the restaurant was very good. Breakfast was also very good, but both the second coffee machine as the toaster were broken for the whole week we were there '

'Zeer mooi hotel op wandelafstand van de boulevard en de zee . Super vriendelijk personeel en goed eten . Hier komen we zeker terug !'

'Leuk hotel aan een gezellig plein Lekker ontbijt'

'Het personeel was vriendelijk, maar de service liet te wensen over. Bij het bestellen van drankjes kreeg ik meerdere malen te horen dat ingrediënten niet aanwezig waren. Daarnaast vond ik dat ik niet goed op de hoogte werd gesteld van de faciliteiten.'

'Exceptional hotel, centrally located with beautiful rooms & a very good associated restaurant manned by friendly & helpful staff.'

'Zeer goede ligging, behulpzaam personeel'

'Well situated for all facilities in the historic centre. Arriving by car proved challenging. WIFI worked eventually'
