Ideal location for us as a family.

The flat was ideally located for us. The host was really excellent and responded to any messages extremely quickly. The sunny balcony overlooking the sea was a lovely place to have breakfast. The kitchen was well appointed and had all the basics you would need. The shower was great in terms of power and temperature. However I would say that the bathroom needs an update in terms of the aesthetics of the grouting and sealant. There is an outdoor pool but again that looked as though it needed some attention. This could be because it is still relatively early in the season. Over all for the price we paid it was a great find and we would stay there again.

Half good half bad

The main complaint was that both the shower and the kitchen areas needed resealing. The shower had filthy black mold around the walk in base and also around the wash basin. Any food placed on the kitchen worksurface was immediately attacked by ants who entered via the joint betwèn the worktop and the wall. Generally the the appartment needed a refurbishment.

Alles TOP! Wie immer!!

Arnaldo ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Er meldet sich innerhalb kürzester Zeit, wenn man mal eine Frage hat und ist absolut hilfsbereit. In der Wohnung wurde auch das ein oder andere erneuert. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt. Vielen lieben Dank Arnaldo👍

Très bel appartement bien situé

Très bel appartement fonctionnel avec une belle vue sur la mer depuis le balcon. Cuisine équipée complète, climatisation efficace, place de parking et une piscine très appréciable au retour d'une balade sous la chaleur. Tout est fourni...serviette de bains et de plage, parasols... le tout pour un très bon rapport qualité prix. La location se situe à 5 minutes à pied de la première plage et à 20 minutes à pied des restos et commerces. Enfin Arnaldo est toujours disponible par la messagerie pour nous donner les informations ou répondre à nos questions. Un très bon souvenir de notre passage à Pollenca !

Frühlingswoche in traumhafter Gegend

Bei Anreise haben wir den Schlüssel wie vereinbart in einem Schlüsselkasten vorgefunden. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut eingerichtet, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf das Meer ist traumhaft, Strand und ein Spielplatz sind unweit entfernt! Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Wanderungen. Lebensmittelmärkte sind im Ort vorhanden. Der Parkplatz ist für einen mittelgroßen PKW geeignet. Auf Fragen hat der Vermieter unverzüglich geantwortet. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Urlaubswoche!

Holiday apartment at Port o polensa

The accommodation was excellent,finding it took over 2 hrs,a mobile phone number of the manager would be useful,and a name on the front of the apartment block also. We did not know the actual number of the apartment it was number 1 but we were told where to park in number 4 and a description where the flat was, which I did not understand. consequently we spent 2 hrs waiting trying to contact the manager by email,we had no postcode for the property again a mistake . Finding it was almost the only thing that detracted from a lovely vacation .

Superbe séjour

Appartement très agréable, lumineux et bien équipé avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Nous avons déjeuné tous les matins devant le soleil levant. C'était très calme (on était seuls dans l'immeuble) et en même temps pas très loin du centre ville. Supermarché à 2 minutes en voiture. Seuls points négatifs : on a trouvé les lits très mous et le lit 2 places grince dès qu'on bouge. Donc, on n'a pas bien dormi. Et un pied de chaise était cassé dans la cuisine. Or, j'avais déjà lu cette remarque dans les avis précédents. Cela mériterait peut-être un meilleur suivi de la part du propriétaire. L'expérience fût tout de même très agréable et à fortement recommender ! Nous garderons globalement un très bon souvenir de notre séjour ici. Lise B

Great location

Although the location was perfect, the apartment is no longer a ‘new construction’ and shows signs of wear and tear in the bathroom and decor of doors etc in the property. There was a complete lack of any information regarding essential services (eg nearest pharmacy, doctor, hospital, property manager/ housekeeper, etc) and more detailed instructions of how to reach the property if travelling by car would have been welcome. Whilst not a major problem for us as we had been to the area before it could be an issue for first time visitors.

The location of the property is very good and has good space and good views of the sea. The property could do with painting as there were a lot of marks on the doors etc. the big downside was that the swimming pool was not in good condition and we were not able to use it which was a big disappointment. It had a leak and the level of water was low and it was not clean. It was a shame about this as otherwise the property was well stocked with utensils in the kitchen etc.
