« Looking for no sleep? Stay here.Dogs and upstairs neighbor stay up at all hours of the night. Walls are paper thin. You can hear them walk break and forth and when they drop things. Can almost understand other tenants' conversations. There is a foul odor in the apt. It smelled like previous renters were unhappy and used one of the rooms as their bathroom. The plug in air fresher is very thick. Towels were heavily sprayed with febreeze and caused a rash. »

« Lovely spot and great hosts. Couldn't have asked for anything more for a few days in Oakland. The unit is super cute and in a great neighborhood with some seriously good eats nearby. »

« This unit is very spacious and well-appointed for a studio apartment. The views of the city and Mt. Diablo are very nice.I continue to be dissatisfied with property management company. I had specifically asked for 2 sets of keys in advance and upon check-in, this was not made available until later in the day. The communication is corporate and not personal at all. »

« Very easy place to stay. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Peaceful decor.Only drawback was noise from other floors. Neighbor started talking every morning at 6:30.Construction began before 8 in neighborhood, which was also a drag, but that should be over soon! »
