'The hacienda was so nice and updated, staff was incredible! Every time we come back to our room , it was freshly cleaned. Wish there was more of a nightlife but overall, our experience was amazing. 'The gym facilities were poorly maintained and some of the equipment were inoperable. I did enjoy the hospitality and comfort of the resort. A water fountain or water bottle filling station would have made the trip just that more enjoyable. Having a fancy coffee machine or barista to serve specialty coffee would have been a good change to the regular coffee served throughout the day. '

'I of course did not expect much for the low price I paid for the accommodation in Zona Romantica. But the modest facilities in my room were quite weary / not maintained properly. It was a unpleasant surprise to find out that the only window in my room was looking into a covered patio, which meant no direct sunlight in the room. I would personally not recommend this hotel, unless you are on a really low budget and/or do not care much of the condition of your accommodation, but still want to stay...

'Room was lovely met our needs . Pool fabulous but it had a lot of rules . Could not bring your own refreshments or food . At a condo I would have thought I could . The walk is exhausting even with the little funicular up the steep part . Staff were always friendly and accommodating as best as they could . Check in was in a separate building, from the pinnacle I was staying at . Over all we did enjoy our stay . Glad we had a car . '
