'When I booked this place, it did not indicate they were under renovation. Since we were the only one staying there, they put us in one of the renovated rooms, but still needs some things to complete. Like a Chest of drawers to put your clothes in there was no place to put clothes other than on the shelf and there were no hangers. There were no end tables in the living room so we had to use the barstools. The shower door in the guest bathroom was on backwards so if you hang your towel up, you...

'We enjoyed our stay. The condo was well equipped stocked and very clean. Very short walk to the beach. On the bayside the dock is nice. Well lit and has a fish cleaning table. The only reason I commented about the property was not represented as it is is do to the outside needs painting. The front door paint is chipped and the overall outside just needed to be refreshed. We had a good time, felt safe.'

'The view from each room of the Gulf, Beach and Sunset was unobstructed. The well maintained condo, building and grounds were very comfortable and welcoming. The elevator is a good sized cab and adequate for all our luggage. Certainly helps with our aging bones and joints, eve though we were only on the third floor. The only problem I had was the designated parking spaces were too difficult to park my Ford F150, so I had to park 1/2 block down the road: an easy walk. The property manager was...

'The most unpleasant part for me was the parking situation. The kitchen could also use a few more utensils. Other than that, the house was very clean and peaceful. There were no flashlights, and the remote controls were missing batteries. Overall, it’s an excellent house, and we would definitely stay here agai'
