'It was ok for staying one night prior to an early flight. Room smelled a bit like mildew and the soap dispenser in the shower was empty. There also wasn’t enough towels in the room. They did have breakfast available super early which was nice.'

'I liked everything about this place except for the person who checked us in, she was rude and confrontational. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and never been questioned as to my ID the way this woman did. I felt like I was being interrogated. She needs to have someone teach her the meaning of being in customer service.'

'Excellent check - in. Holly was so lovely and helped me with taxis... and information about local restaurants. There was a fire alarm at 6:30 a.m. the next morning. I was in the shower and had to quickly dry off and get dressed...that was a bit scary! but all ok. The breakfast each day were very good... hot and a good selection . with good coffee. Mary was super helpful and excellent customer service. She helped me with printing my boarding pass...and gave excellent directions and...

'Reserved a king room only to find out when getting into the room they gave us two queens. When I asked at the front desk i was told the manager changed it and to consider it an upgrade since two queens cost more money. I disagree I think sleeping in a smaller bed than what was reserved and not being made aware of it is an inconvenience. Room still had fruit snacks in the couch, mold on the shower ceiling, no fan in the bathroom and it smelled moldy after showering. For the price we paid which...

'Respectful Staff Very kind Only negative is there’s no microwave in the room, however a microwave was available to use in the lobby'

'I stayed here for two days and there was no water at all in the hotel!! with portable bathrooms in the lobby! Staff told me there were going to give me $50 off room and then when Ieft said they didn't know. They gave me a gallon jug to flush my toliet -- worst stay in a hotel ever! Staff could have been a lot nicer.'
