« Room was clean and tidy. The Mountain View and little balcony was very nice. The parking was easy and spacious. It was in close walking distance to the downtown Bansko area where all the bars and restaurants are. The owners were very pleasant. »

« The hotel/resort is much bigger than it seems from the description. The room was in fact an apartment, was quite small - but not too uncomfortable. The hotel was very big and quite crowded (lots of children) - not great for a couple's stay. I guess it can be good for a family stay with children (given the pool/aquapark, etc.). The location is quite far from the center, but convenient to access the mountain (and good for skying I guess). The breakfast buffet was not great. »

« First time in Elegant Lux, ended there because my usual place was full. I was happy to find Boris serving breakfast, whom I had known as lifeduty at Winslow Spa, always kind and speaking good french. Service is good, kind staff, always willing to help. Breakfast was good and susbstantial (eggs, bulgarian charcuterie, cakes, fruits, etc). Good spa : pool, jacuzi, 2 saunas and a steambath (however often off). Close to main street, shops and restaurants. Gondola is 7 to 8 minute walk but they have...

« Es gab leider keinen Aufenthalt, da die Rezeptionistin behauptet es gäbe leine Buchung, obwohl sie sogar bezahlt war. Das Hotel wäre voll mit Kindern, und außerdem gäbe es auch keinen Vertrag mit hotels.com. Wir mussten ein anderes Hotel suchen. Dank hotels.com haben wir den Betrag rückerstattet erhalten . »
