We got a King Bed Room (Rm14) and it was very spacious with a large closet, a mini-fridge, and a microwave in it. The bathroom was on the small side but very clean and met our needs. 'The hotel is clean, modern and very comfortable. The location is excellent , about a block or two to the beach and also to downtown shops and restaurants. Parking is included, as are 2 beach tags. The pool is great and a nice feature. The reception staff are very pleasant and helpful. Definitely will stay here again and highly recommend.'

'The rooms smell bad, musty, the air conditioning sounds horrible, the walls are worn out, with yellow water lines, we asked to change us and there were no more, the first day they did not clean the room and I had 3 nights paid, but I preferred to leave on the second day, because I was going with a 3-year-old boy and I thought it would not be good for anyone. 'It's a no frills budget inn. We stayed one night. For the money, probably should have done AC hotel but we wanted to be close to OC. People have different expectations but be assured this is a budget inn.'

'Positive: - the lady let me pay the parking fee with my card instead of cash - big room - next to the casino Negatives: - the whole place needs a big renovation - it's not clean, dust in every corner of the room - peeled of wallpaper everywhere - bathtub looks just as old as i do - loud noises the whole f*cking night - dirty remote control - the sheets still let's a lot of light in the room - the parking lot is a disaster, the cars are way too close to eachother.
