The bathroom could definitely use more shelf/ counter space, but that was a minor annoyance. We've stayed at this hotel the last three years and already booked again for next year!'

'From the lobby to our room itself, the hotel was very clean and the inside had all been updated. We got a King Bed Room (Rm14) and it was very spacious with a large closet, a mini-fridge, and a microwave in it. The bathroom was on the small side but very clean and met our needs. The bathroom had a standing shower only, no bath-tub. The pool yard is small but convenient and clean. Michael is the new owner and he was very helpful and nice to talk with. 'The hotel is clean, modern and very comfortable. The location is excellent , about a block or two to the beach and also to downtown shops and restaurants. Parking is included, as are 2 beach tags. The pool is great and a nice feature. The reception staff are very pleasant and helpful. Definitely will stay here again and highly recommend.'

'When we got to our room I noticed there was a shower cap covering the smoke detector and the room had a musty smell. In hind sight I should have just asked for a new room, but when I checked in they said the hotel was fully booked, so I didn’t think it would be possible. The pool was nice for my kids, but there were really rowdy and loud kids in the pool past 10 pm screaming and kicking a soccer ball all throughout the walkway by our door. 'It's a no frills budget inn. We stayed one night. For the money, probably should have done AC hotel but we wanted to be close to OC. People have different expectations but be assured this is a budget inn.'

'Didn't even stay at the property as far as I know they're still charging us we checked in turned on air conditioning which should have been on. We went out for the evening , came back only to find black stuff over the chair and ottoman which probably came from Air conditioning could not and would not stay went to the office told the employee we were leaving showed her the problem we were having she went checked out the room and said she would talk to her manager about a refund haven't heard...
