'It is definitely kid and pet friendly. Was nice to see kids aloowed to play and they left to go to their rooms at curfew. The staff was very curtious and helpful. Only issue was our toilet started leaking and then overflowed for no reason . Had to do a quick towel drop so as not to flood our room'

'This was, I think, the creepiest place I've ever stayed. I do have to mention that the woman at the front desk was absolutely lovely--but she was the only good part of my stay. There were a couple of the tiny roaches in my shower both times I showered (I had to stay two nights). My door looked like it had been mangled in a knife fight. The hallway looked, no joke, very much like the hallway in The Shining. I felt safe enough, like physically, once I had locked the doors-- but it felt very dirty...

'Hotel is pretty, rooms are very nice. However, if you are not a smoker, it was very unpleasant. The entire casino stinks of smoke. Dirty ash trays at every slot machine. Very gross. '

'There was no soap or an iron or even a closet in the room and a huge window as the front wall with a curtain that just makes it to cover the window so nobody can see inside. When I say it was good enough to just simply have a place to sleep, shower, get up and go... That's it and all you should expect.'

'The first room had a broken toilet, moved up into a different room. The slider doors' curtains were hanging off rod. Carpets were dirty, furniture was badly beaten up. Towels were discolored, sink is cracked. We were there only 1 night. Glad to leave. '

'The room was clean breakfast buffet it was good. Lots of amenities so that was a plus no complaints outside of the indoor pool being zero degrees in the fall..other than that I would definitely go back '
