'Exceptional stay at Alino Hotel! Clean room with excellent daily housekeeping — fast, efficient, and thorough. All staff were incredibly helpful, well-trained, respectful, and friendly, always opening doors and assisting with the elevator. The guards were courteous, the staff at Kutchara were very accommodating, and the service from everyone was outstanding. Special kudos to the manager for being so compassionate and friendly. Highly recommended!'

'The air-conditioning leaked water onto the main entrance constantly , the room was very small even thou i upgraded . There was no kitchen amenities to cook at all , even thou there is a kitchenette . This is a 3 star accomodation at best . Staff were helpful. But it is what it is , they also wanted a cash deposit , no drinks in the fridge'

'Great hotel.'

'The promo rate we had was great. Staff were friendly. We just hope that the hotel can find a way to improve the smell of the place, not bad but also not that welcoming for a hotel especially within the elevator area which smelled lime a bathroom deodorant. It will surely elevate the hotel experience of guests.'

'We had a great experience. The pillows are so fluffy, too high for comfortable sleeping. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Highly recommended.'

'Very accessible to a lot of shops'

'Keurige accomodatie met goed functionerende voorzieningen. Gratis heet en koud water zodat je zelf thee of oploskoffie kunt maken. Fijn verdeelsnoer voor je opladers. Er is geen eetgelegenheid en alleen fastfood in de buurt. Je kunt wel eten laten bezorgen. '

'The room did not have a fridge, there was no kettle or beverage glass to accompany the provided bottled water which was supplied in the room. The dental kit was supplied, but the soap amenities was very minimal. The towels: no floor mat/towel was provided, nor hand towel or face towel either - only a bath towel was provided. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and the room was spacious and came with a work desk. The aircon was nice and cold and worked well. Staff provided excellent...

'The unique concept and decor is the reason I came and extended my stay. Friendliness of staff was great. When to restaurant daily and live music in the bar 4 nights a week was not too loud to disturb.'
