« the cottage was spotless. the heater was turned on for us so it was cosy on arrival. Plenty of quality teas, coffees, bread, milk and fresh eggs. It was amazing. « The cottage and surrounds were inviting and peaceful. Bed linen was beautiful, though we did find the mattresses too firm for us. Everything we needed was supplied and the fireplace kept the cottage cosy and warm. We also enjoyed the bookcase filled with an interesting mix of books and games, as well as the hammock and a fire by the dam to take in the beautiful starry sky. Elbert was friendly, welcoming and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! »

« The house was lovely and cosy and really well maintained. There was wood for a lovely warm fire and great kitchen facilities. There were 3 couples staying and it was a perfect house for us and close to our friends great restaurant The Good Food Providers and the rest of the cute shops. »
