'Upon checkout the Front Desk charged my credit card again for the room that had been paid for in full a month prior through Expedia. Capital One alerted me to the erroneous charge while traveling home. I called Home2 Suites later the same day as checkout to challenge the charge, I was required to defend my prepayment by emailing them a copy of the Expedia receipt. 'The bathroom needs a good deep clean. You could see the soap scum and dirty grout. The shower head was partially clogged from mineral deposits. Beds were fine. We were woken up by housekeeping before 9am trying to cleanvour room the day we checked out. It was quiet and we did feel safe during our visit. Front desk staff was great.'
