Pigeon Point Lighthouse

I was sent to Fremont for a 3-6 month assignment. I booked this hotel because of the price and customer rating. I should have known better once I arrived and saw the families living at the property. That pales in comparison to the lack of good customer service. The counter staff had the attitude as if they were doing me a favor by allowing me to stay there. The fact that they only have one(1) microwave oven on the property, and that one microwave oven is located in the laundry room, is incredible!!! The one ice machine and one vending machine is unreal. Honestly, I wonder if this place is ever inspected before it's listed on any booking site? This hotel has the potential to be an average place if they take the time to do a little updating of the property and customer service classes for the staff.
