Claire was incredibly helpful, welcoming us warmly and taking us to our lovely, spotlessly clean room. ​The entire staff were amazing. « The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable, but the property was very run down. There was wall paper coming off the walls in the toilet and there were very worn/old carpets everywhere. No toilet paper in the toilet. The room was also noisy as next to the main road. I definitely wouldn't stay there again until the property was refurbished. »

« Good location and just outside Whitby town with easily accessible bus stops. Free car parking for guest. Food typical chain and overpriced and under taste. Room decent size but no lounging chairs. Tv not smart and too small. No fridge. Bed very uncomfortable. Shower over bath and shower curtain. Not for me. »

« Situated in a picture postcard little village, everything about the hotel was top notch, the decor throughout and our room was tasteful and modern, everything was spotless and clean.
