For 2 days our door lock wasent working we called service for 3 times so the 2nd day they finally fixed it .room was dirty and one of the jacuzzi didnt even work .not worth the price

The hotel room was ok. It was spacious and clean but dated. The couch smelled like feet. Our door handle and lock was not working properly and had to be replaced while we were there. The staff was friendly, but it sucked to sit there for an hour waiting for it to be replaced. The hole in the wall restaurant was not good. The salsa was not hot at all and tasted like it came out of a can. The pizza was so gross, my husband who eats anything, spit it out. The staff there were friendly though. The pools and golf were fun.

We love this place! I was here last year with my dad and my younger sister to celebrate her birthday. My sister loved it so much we came here again!! My sister is 53 years old and has down syndrome. She loves the waterslide, lazy river and mini golf! So many fun things to do without having to leave the premise. I especially want to mention that the staff are all very friendly and helpful specifically PATTY WASHINGTON. My sister requires some assistance; Patty gave us connecting rooms that were close to the pools. She also let my sister choose 2 gifts from the gift shop (as a bday gift) which she personally signed for. Patty was so kind and very understanding of my sister's specific needs. Having connecting rooms made our vacation experience so much better and easier. Thank you to Patty and all the staff for your kindness and generosity that made our trip a fun and memorable one! See you again next April 2025!!

Staff was excellent starting with the front desk and ending with the maid service. Hotel is undergoing remodeling and should have stated that on the website. Onsite restaurant was closed due to remodeling, but excellent nearby restaurants to be golf carted to by hotel staff. Microwaves would have been nice addition to the hotel rooms.

Great place to stay with kids. If you dont have kids, you will hear them in the pool till 11 pm. Easy walk to the water park, restaurants. Nice area. We enjoyed our trip.

This is our second stay at this location. We love the pool and the River Ranch, the dining pptions, and the location. Everyone is always very kind and friendly, from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the pool service crew and servers.

This is a great property for families. It is not the newest decor or most up to date but it has what you need. Pools are amazing. They are heated for our April vacation and best water I’ve even been in. I don’t go into pools even if they are 80 degrees with my kids bc they are still cold. This was perfect whatever it was. For the first time I could join my kids in the lazy river, go down slides and be in the pool to play. Restaurant staff was great as was the food!

Beautiful resort. My family of 5 had a great weekend here. Nice swimming facilities. Starbucks in lobby. Food was good but pricey. Drinks pricey. My wife said the spa was nice. Not many food options around. The resort was nice, the casitas around the resort are clearly abandoned. The landscaping around the casitas is trashy compared to the rest of the resort. Rooms were clean. Sitting area was nice but not AMAZING. We paid $250/ night after taxes and fees etc and that was perfectly priced.

First I found a dirty sock underneath the bed and then I found a used condom wrapper and box in the bedside table drawer. I was cold so I took down a blanket from the closet and it had some long hair in it. I have very short hair. The furniture was all dinged up. You could feel the metal bars while sitting on the couch. We went down to the hot tube and you could see bugs running around. The whole hotel was worn out and needed a complete overhaul. Not what I would expect from a Hilton Hotel.

It was fun enough for the kids for the 3 nights we were there, but on site food options were very slim and not the greatest. There were some closed restaurants and the hole in the wall seemed to be all that was open and not the best. The staff at the bars were not the friendliest either. We also had an incident with a staff-driven golf cart and our 3 year old falling off with scrapes all over her face and knees, and management never reached out to follow up on her which was surprising. We had a good stay overall, but would probably look elsewhere with more options for the price next time.

This was our 3rd stay here. Definately noticeable was that the room furnishings and carpets are dated and worn. Our first room had a severely sticky door. Front desk sent maintenance right away who told us it needed more work. Bell desk sent us a bellhop who helped us move to a new room right away. All the rooms are suites which makes relaxing to watch tv sweeter because you can sit upright on a couch instead of lying/sitting on the bed to watch it. The River Ranch waterpark is the jewel of the property. Lots of pools, a water slide, a waterfall and the lazy river. That is by far the most appealing feature. Totally worth it! Room prices are competitive and fair. Then to top it off, there is fabulous mexican restaurant within easy walking distance, cleverly named "Aunt Chiladas", with fabulous food, drink and atmosphere. Definately will stay here again and again!

Overall experience was excellent. All of the staff were kind and helpful and the 1 minor issue that we had with the toilet was fixed almost immediately upon contacting the front desk. We would stay here again without hesitation and recommend to others as well.

The water park had an old town look we checked in at 4pm but water park closed at 6pm the water slide was also closed. We didn't have a microwave and the mini fridge was was warm

The property is just ok, old and starting to look run down. The room wasn't the cleanest. The restaurant is overpriced and the food is subpar. It waa fine for one night but we wouldn't book again.
