'This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. My boyfriend and I were treated disrespectfully by staff over a checkout issue, despite attempting to communicate and resolve the matter. The interaction left us feeling harassed and unwelcome. I have already contacted corporate about the situation and have not received a response. Until this matter is addressed, I cannot recommend staying here. Customer service and guest treatment need significant improvement.'
