« Not sure where to start. I’ll say that the property was clean and checkin was smooth. The apartment itself was okay. It was missing some kitchen accessories, like a toaster, but overall it was okay. The range didn’t work well and the washer and dryer required payment (and the dryer must have a broken heating element because it didn’t dry). « We chose this place for the close proximity to a friend that we were visiting. The apartment was cute and comfortable with all the basics you would expect. My kids enjoyed walking to ultimo coffee shop. The central air is a must have for Philadelphia in the summer! The host was responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again. »

« The place was beautiful, great location. The only problem I had was the parking. I never saw a #2 or #4 parking spot. Just 2 spots behind the building which were numbered slot #1,#3. I was assigned #1 and so was the other person renting. People will park on the spots leaving me parking blocks away. Also there’s no iron and ironing board. O missed my first dinner date @ arrival bc I couldn’t iron my clothes. I had to go buy an iron and iron on the bed. Not too good for someone with back issues. I...
