Hôtel près de Peoria Center for the Performing Arts (Phoenix)

« It appears that the attitude with Extended Stay is very firmly in, "you get what you pay for and we won't make any effort to improve that, so accept it or leave, because we already have your money." Including making kids stay in a room with someone else's old food stuck to the floor and mold coming out of the flooring. Spend a few extra bucks and find a hotel that cares and actually wants your business. »

« Beautiful place, nice and quiet. Stayed in the Suite style room for 2 nights. Brought my dog, one of the best hotels I've stayed in. »

« The breakfast area was full of trash. Just heaping over the garbage cans onto the counter. Hardly any food at 8am. The workers just stood there and made themselves a cup of coffee while there was no food and the garbages over flowingly. I would add the picture I took if it lets me. »

« Flight came in early and was able to check in early without any issue. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. Only complaint is that since the rooms have hardwood floors it echoes and the walls are pretty thin so you can pretty much hear a full conversation next door or in the hallway. Also the kitchenette didn’t have any pots or pans or utensil. Not a huge deal since they just opened up recently but the echo thing is my only real gripe. If your neighbor snores could be a long night. »

« Love the location, did not care for the parking. The room furnishing was nothing to write home about. Carpet needed to be changed out or cleaned properly. The furnishings could have been more of a hard surface where it could have been wiped down. »

« Very small bathroom. Usually get a tub/ shower combo but only had rooms w/shower. Parking was strange...long ways to carry luggage, etc. to room. Room was very clean and well maintained. »

« The staff at the front desk was friendly and answered our questions. The room was fine. The pool and spa water was cloudy and of questionable color, we did not risk swimming there. Breakfast is very basic. The hotel is located on a vacant lot with not much interesting around, but a reasonable distance from the football stadium. »

« Notre séjour à Phoenix étant principalement pour un match des Cardinals, l'emplacement de l'hôtel était parfait. Pas très loin de la Loop 101, environ 15 km pour se rendre au stade, très facile à voyager et beaucoup moins cher que les hôtels autour du stade. En plus un énorme centre commercial tout près nous permettant d'acheter notre nourriture et manger à la chambre. Excellent choix. »

« Hotel staff were very friendly. Room was updated. Bed was a bit noisy and not the most comfortable but good for an overnight stay. Refrigerator, microwave and a seating area were a plus. Continental breakfast was very basic, coffee/juices, cereal, breads, fruits, egg/bacon/hashbrowns. Great hotel for 1night stay. »
