Minutes from MPCC, Spanish Bay, Poppy Hills, and Cypress Point. Come enjoy all the greater Monterey Peninsula has to offer in this modern contemporary breath of fresh air. Located in the heart of Pebble Beach and a short walk from the beach, this modern bungalow offers guests a private retreat with an ocean view. Equipped with a custom putting green in the front yard, a Brunswick professional pool table, and located minutes walking from the beach.

Relax and recharge with our brand new Sunlighten 5-person infrared sauna — the perfect way to unwind after a day of golf, beach walks, or exploring 17-Mile Drive.

We have several board games, a smart TV, and record player to help pass the time. Take in the scenery with a stroll to the beautiful beaches and coastline of 17-Mile Drive. After a day of exploring, we invite you to roast marshmallows by the outdoor fire-pit and enjoy your home away from home.

The house is the ideal retreat for a family, or multiple couples. It is perfectly positioned to cater to every guest of the peninsula as it is less than 15 min from downtown Carmel, downtown Monterey, and downtown Pacific Grove all without ever driving on a freeway. Trader Joe's is 5 min away and Whole Food's 11 min away.

This single-story home provides a gourmet kitchen and comfortably sleeps eight in 3 bedrooms and a den with daybed.

Enjoy the indoor fireplace, or the fire pit outside – perfect for s’mores or just soaking in the wonderful Pebble Beach weather.

The house is accessible via keypad entry and the property is completely fenced in. Complete privacy!

AMAZING! Comfortable, clean, fun!

This house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Comfortable furniture and beds, easily accommodated our birthday trip celebration with friends. The fire pit was so relaxing watching the sunset on the water and putting on the little green while conversing. Kitchen is very spacious and FULLY stocked. Lots of blankets, towels. We had such a great experience and will be visiting again!

We stayed here for a extended family weekend and loved everything about the property and location. The beach was a short walk away which my daughter loved. Morning walks after breakfast we could see whales in the ocean even. The owner was very easy to reach if there was an issue and the grounds were very clean. We all agreed we would go back to this location again.

Close to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and grocery store. We loved both the front and backyard, and greatly appreciated the fenced in front yard due to use having a 2 year old running around.

We booked this property last minute for our family during the Memorial Day weekend. We loved the big and fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook and eat in (cookware and utensils, as well Keurig and coffee pods), and large couch in front of a Smart TV. Property was clean and beds were comfortable. Outdoor spaces were great for our 3 and 5 year old kids. Location was excellent, 15min from downtown Carmel 10min from Cannery Row.

Best friends 1st golf weekend

From start to finish, the hosts, the house and the area were perfect! Suneet was great, super responsive and extremely accommodating. We enjoyed all the amenities including the putting green and the pool table, and found the house very comfortable. Super convenient to everything Pebble Beach, Carmel and Monterey have to offer. Nice property!

We've been to the area multiple times but first time staying in Pebble Beach. We really enjoyed our stay here. The kids had fun playing golf and pool. Quick communication with the owners. Had a small hiccup at the pebble beach gates but it was cleared up quick.
