'In my view, this is the most underrated Four Seasons property. Beautiful spaces and facilities, and, best is amazing responsive staff. I've stayed here multiple times, and it somehow keeps getting better. If you're on the East Coast, this is a great weekend getaway. In the summer, the pool vibe is full on-resort, and in the non-summer months, the Spa has a similar feel, with a host of amenities (in their Water Experience). I had a (too) short, but remarkable stay. '

'The location of this hotel is ideal for the Fell Point neighborhood. Staff were wonderful and incredibly helpful. We did valet and service was prompt and professional when moving our car. The building is old, sounds travel through the hotel. This is not terrible but guests should expect given the age and design of the floors/rooms. 'There was no coffee in the room or in the lobby. Luckily there is a Starbucks and Dunkin’ close. The coffee they sell in the lobby isn’t open until 7am. Had to walk to get coffee both mornings of my stay. There should be coffee available in the lobby every morning and early. Never came by the room to empty trash or clean had to request fresh towels and trash taken out. The area is beautiful and far enough away from the crowded inner harbor but only 2 miles. '
