3.3) Usage of some of the building's common areas may require prior booking with the apartment management.

4) Maximum occupancy is 2 adults. Any violations, including additional guests, may result in fines if reported by neighbors or the building management.

5) No parties or activities that cause noise, odors, or smoke, which may disturb other residents.

6) Water and electricity are charged separately based on the official utility bills issued by the electricity authority and the condominium management.
