'This little boutique hotel was just what I was looking for. It wasn't too far from the airport, but far enough out of the city to feel surrounded by nature and isolated from the hustle and bustle of the city. There is a security gate where all vehicles must check in before entering which increased my feeling of safety. The room was clean, air conditioned, and included a mini fridge. The pool and grounds were lovely. And the customer service we received from Sergio at the front desk was...

'Inconvenient parking with few spots that were tiny in width. Terribly slow poolside wait times for simple drinks during periods of no activity. Room not ready for checkin at checkin time. Shorter pool hours than comparable hotels at this price point. Overall a pretty lackluster experience for a hotel that calls itself the best in the city. It really falls short of that target and we are not likely to stay there again. Some of the good bits: The pool is nice and the kid wading area is great....
