If the reception or front desk staff are not warm, courteous, or polite, then even the most spotless and elegant building can feel unwelcoming. A genuine smile and respectful greeting make all the difference.'

'Great Hotel with fantastic staff and service. Please communicate with guard if staying out pass 11pm. Otherwise you will be locked out. Great stay and welcoming staff. Helped me and my wife order food late while dining in. Will stay again. '
