The studio is on the 2nd floor of a secure building with an elevator. It is laid out as follows:

- 1 Living area with a double sofa bed, dining table and TV, to unwind after a day of sightseeing or share a meal
- 1 Functional kitchenette (cooktop, microwave, capsule coffee machine), with complimentary coffee, tea and sugar
- 1 Modern shower room with shower and toilet, and a welcome kit (shower gel and shampoo)

Additional amenities: Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, iron, sheets and towels provided for each guest.
In the basement, to the right as you exit the elevator, a washing machine and a dryer are available from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., out of respect for the neighbors.

Housekeeping is carried out every day between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m.: simply place the door hanger on the outside handle before 4 p.m. Linen is not replaced during this visit.
A linen change can be arranged on request, for an additional fee. Other services are also available, such as booking taxis or breakfasts.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* At 10 m² (108 sq ft), the studio is very small. Once the sofa bed is unfolded, it takes up almost the whole room, moving around is difficult and there is very little space for suitcases. It is ideal for one person; for two, the maximum, the space becomes very tight and you will need to travel light.
* The shower room, with shower and toilet, is very compact and its washbasin is small. It may feel cramped, especially to guests who value a spacious bathroom.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in a quiet part of the 17th, a 2-minute walk from Pereire metro station (line 3), in an air-conditioned studio with an equipped kitchenette, daily housekeeping included, and a washing machine and dryer in the building.
