Bedrooms: Four bedrooms, each with a double bed, offering comfortable and elegant sleeping spaces, two of which have a private bathroom.

Bathrooms: Three modern bathrooms, each equipped with shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer kits.

Toilets: Three comfortable toilets in the bathrooms.

Additional amenities: Washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, large-screen TV, Wi-Fi included, bed linen and towels provided for each guest.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* Only two of the four bedrooms have a window. The other two bedrooms and the three bathrooms have none, and the living area gets daylight only through the glass roof above the dining table. Air therefore circulates less easily, especially in the bathrooms. If sleeping with an open window matters a lot to you, please keep this in mind when sharing out the bedrooms.
* In one of the bedrooms, a boiler is installed in a cupboard and it can be heard in the room, including at night. This may bother light sleepers.

On the plus side, you will be in the 11th arrondissement, 150 m from Oberkampf metro station (lines 5 and 9), in a quiet 120 m² (1,292 sq ft) apartment with four double bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large living area under a glass roof.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
