⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The bedroom and the bathroom have no window. The bedroom gets no natural light and can only be aired through the door to the living room, so the air can feel heavy; if daylight matters a lot to you, please take this into account.
* Sound insulation is poor. Footsteps from the upstairs neighbours, voices, doors and the building's staircase can be heard inside, which can disturb light sleepers.
* The apartment is not air-conditioned. During heatwaves it can get very hot inside, especially in the windowless bedroom; if you are sensitive to heat and staying in summer, please take this into account.
* The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no lift and the building's staircase is narrow and steep. The climb is difficult with large suitcases and can be tiring for older guests or people with reduced mobility.
* The apartment is ideal for two. With four guests, two of them sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room and space becomes tight.

On the plus side, you will be 50 m from Ledru-Rollin metro station (line 8) and 400 m from Bastille (line 1), in a clean, nicely decorated apartment with a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a dishwasher.
