Kitchen Facilities: The studio is equipped with a mini fridge and microwave for preparing light meals or storing drinks and snacks.



Private bathroom: You will have a private bathroom with shower and toilet.



Air conditioning: For your comfort, the studio is air-conditioned, allowing you to regulate the temperature according to your preferences.



A laundry room equipped with washing and drying machines, irons and ironing boards is available free of charge in the building.

Close to the Louvre Museum and its Pyramid, the Palais Royal Garden, the Columns of Buren, and Place de la Concorde.

It is a very lively district thanks to its numerous pedestrian streets which provide access to numerous restaurants and trendy bars.
