This is a one bedroom apartment just a few steps from the Eiffel Tower, the Champs de Mars Park and the commercial rue du commerce. . This residential district has easy access to transportation with the Dupleix ( line 6), the Motte Piquet Grenelle ( line 6, 8 and 10 ) and the Champs de Mars Tour eiffel metro stations ( RERC direct to Versailles) . The Seine river bank is also around the corner.

The apartment which is on the top sixth level ( seventh american ) of a XIX century building with elevator consists of a living room which provides a view of the Eiffel tower, a fully equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer combo , a bedroom with a hotel quality queen size ( 160cm*200cm or 65*80 inches ) bed with again the Eiffel Tower view, , a bathroom with shower and sink, and a separate toilet.

The apartment comes free WI-Fi and free cable TV .

The all-inclusive rental fee covers quality linens and towels.

The location is very convenient to tour Paris. It is a walking distance ( five minutes) to Eiffel tower, museum du quai branly and Seine river . It is a lovely walk ( 30 minutes) or a short direct metro ride (less than 10 minutes) to the Tuileries garden , Louvre, Champs Elysees.

Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 100pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 100pm.

Good location for tower, Rue Cler, and Arch. Convenient metro lines for other sites. Appreciated the close market and bakery. We we welcomed and shown all we needed. Two fans were provided for heat, and large windows cooled it down at night. Sixth floor and small lift. Would be hard if walking is not easy for you. Lovely place, we would use again.

An authentic Paris experience

The apartment was just lovely. It was our first trip to Paris and we were happy to be able to meet Olivier and have him walk us through how to enter the building and call the elevator. He also brought new quiet fans for us since there’s no AC which made the early heat wave that day tolerable. But we loved having the windows open and gazing out at the top of the Eiffel Tower. Truly a unique experience!

Perfect location!

Olivier was very communicative, answering questions and making recommendations prior to out arrival. Check in was smooth, he met is at the apartment and gave instructions.The apartment was nice, bed was very comfortable. Appreciated the separate toilet. The shower/ sink area is pretty small, but we made it work. Recommend leaving the door open as the misty smell is pretty pungent. Location is perfect!!!! 10 minute walk to the Seine/ Eiffel Tower. Metro is 1 block away as is a bakery/ cafe. The street is quiet.Highly recommend!!!

Price is too high for what it’s worth

I was expecting much better for the price. The check-in process was frustrating and awkward. The apartment was clean but outdated: The fridge is not cold and leaks, there are no bowls and mugs, the kitchen utensils are old, the kitchen sponge and soap are used. The towels did not look clean, shower soaps are not provided, and the bathroom is minuscule (don’t even dream about fitting in if you are more than 200 pounds). We had to buy toilet scent because of the bad smell from the day we arrived. The Eiffel Tower can only be seen if you lean very close to the window. Speaking about the Eiffel Tower, it is more a 15-20 minute fast walk rather than a 5-minute walk as indicated in the description. My in-laws rented a much nicer and bigger apartment on the other side of the block for much cheaper with self-check-in and clear instructions.

Excellent location

If you’re looking to stay near the Eiffel Tower, this is it! About a 5-7 minute walk to get over to the park. The apartment is on a quiet street and an easy walk to many shopping and food options. Olivier is a welcoming and helpful host. We had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment is on the 6th floor and there is an elevator. Highly recommend!

Incredible apartment!

This trip was my second time to Paris and rather than staying in a hotel I wanted to have a place of my own. I saw this listing on Vrbo and it really and truly holds up to everything you see in the listing. It's very clean and well maintained, Olivier is extremely responsive, helpful and receptive to requests, we asked that there be San Pelligrino water in the apartment when we arrived, and he happily accommodated us. Everything you will need is in the apartment including extra blankets and towels, pots and pans, some spices and enough cupboard and refrigerator space for what you may bring back to the apartment. The couch converts to a bed and was pretty comfortable; there is also a view of the top quarter of the Eiffel Tower from the windows. The water is hot and plentiful, and the building is secure, quiet and easily accessible to the Metro lines 6, 8, and 10. There is an excellent boulangerie on the corner and a Monop grocery store around the corner. The neighborhood is very nice with lots of bistros, restaurants and kitschy little shops to try. For Americans staying, keep in mind that accommodations are smaller in Europe, so the bathroom and shower room might not be great for larger or very tall people. The elevator is also smaller than one you'd find in the US, fitting two people. These are small prices to pay for a very comfortable and clean apartment. I'm really glad we found this one, and I will definitely stay with Olivier again! Very highly recommended!

Clean & great location

This apartment was perfect for our 4 day stay in Paris! We had never been & it was in a great location to make getting around the city & seeing the sights so easy. Oliver was responsive & organized & the apartment is exactly how it shows in the pictures. There were lovely cafes nearby, a small grocery store to get the necessities was right around the corner, as well as a small playground which was perfect for our 4 year old to get out some energy after a day of sightseeing. Would definitely recommend for a couple or a small family.

Wonderful stay in Paris

Our stay in Paris was the start of a 3-week trip to Europe. Staying at this apartment was a great way to start our trip. Olivier met us at the apartment and was very thorough with getting us familiarized with the workings of the place. The location was great with easy access to metro stops. Home Away from Home

I’m so happy that I chose this unit for my family to stay at during our stay in Paris. Oliver has been absolutely fantastic and I’m very grateful to him. The unit is wonderful, well kept, and is in a great location near to the Metro, grocery, boulangerie and more. I’m going to miss staying there very much, it became our home away from home.
