Description extérieure
Situé au deuxième étage (troisième américain) d'un bel immeuble haussmannien de construction traditionnelle (XIXe siècle), cet immeuble de cinq étages ne compte qu'un seul appartement par étage et est orienté sud-ouest.
Situé à proximité des Champs-Élysées et de l'Arc de Triomphe et du Faubourg St Honoré, à quelques pas et à proximité du célèbre musée Jacquemart André Vous pouvez trouver tous les transports en commun (métro et bus), les restaurants et un magasin d'alimentation juste en face (ouvert jusqu'à minuit).


Intérieur Description-
1840 pieds carrés (170 m2), aménagées dans une combinaison d'antiquités françaises et un mobilier moderne. Spectaculaires hauts plafonds (3,50 m), et beaucoup de moulage sur les murs et les plafonds, les deux travaillant lieux de l'incendie, de grands miroirs antiques. La plupart de l'espace est sur la façade.

Great place for a family stay

We had three generations with us and were so happy with the spacious apartment and great location. The elevator was a plus with our luggage plus one who struggles a bit with stairs. Perfect home base for our week. J-P was very responsive when we had questions. Thank you so much!

Spacious, well located and truly Parisienne

The property was very spacious with huge living and dining areas and 3 decent sized bedrooms. The kitchen is big for Paris, with everything you'd need. We really liked the location with several Metro stations serving various lines very close by. There are also several supermarkets and restaurants within a short walk, and the Champs Elysees is also close (but far enough). It's only about a 15 min walk to The Seine and the Jardin des Tuileries. Would definitely consider staying here again

The place was beautifully decorated and well situated in a neighborhood. It was a short walk from the metro. There were many places to eat close by and there were several grocery stores nearby. I cannot say enough good things about how comfortable the apartment was. We are a family of 6 and had room for everyone. Thank you!!

Christmas in Paris

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The owner is easy to deal with and the apartment was very spacious for six people. The metro station is a few minutes away and you can walk to the Champs Elysees within 10-15 minutes. The only thing we would note is that we found the apartment to be cold so bringing an extra blanket or sweater would be good for the winter months. Overall we had a wonderful Christmas vacation in Paris.

Authentic Paris Apartment

This apartment made you truly feel like a local - high ceilings, beautiful art, antique furniture. A few challenges - no AC, to be expected, very noisy area with tons of street traffic (windows closed kept noise down), cleanliness was poor - towels and other items found under the bed and poor kitchen and carpet cleaning. The location was good for getting around and the owner was very responsive. All in all, we enjoyed our visit to Paris and this was a good homemade.

Perfect Paris Haussmannian Apartment

We had an incredible family stay at JP's apartment on Boulevard Haussmann. Our family of 5 (including 2 young children and a grandparent) had plenty of space to spread out and take in the wonderful natural light from the enormous windows in every room. The beds were comfortable (very important when jet-lagged!) and the kitchen, living and dining rooms were spacious. The location is convenient, though the street below could be a bit busy - a white noise machine drowns out any noises (and also helps with the jet lag!). We felt like Parisians living in this apartment, which is the highest compliment I can offer - we would definitely stay again if we were to return to Paris! Thank you to JP and Beatrix for making our stay seamless, for fantastic communication, and for hosting us in your home!

Amazing location in a Wonderful City!

This flat had everything we could ask for - starting for an amazing location on Haussmann in the heart of the 8th. Convenient stores and cafes just blocks away, major destinations not much further. We walked everywhere we needed to go, but there was a parking garage right around the corner if you are renting a car. The flat was large - a rare, real 3BR flat with separate study, dining room and living room. It was bright, airy and well-appointed - combining classic Parisian features with modern conveniences (DW, Lift, W/D, MW). We were met by Beatrix who walked us through the unit and we were in regular correspondence with Jean Pierre - who was timely and helpful in all of his responses. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

Perfect for our large family!!!

What a wonderful way to stay in Paris. The apartment is so relaxing with good size rooms, lovely art throughout, beautifully furnished and beautiful boulevard views with lots of light. We are a family of parents with four adult children. All had plenty of room with no stepping on one another. The kitchen is modern and perfect for our meal preparation with two refrigerators. The washer and dryer were easy to use and so convenient. The spacious den and dining room were perfect for entertaining. And the apartment is centrally located so we easily walked to the Champs-Elysees and shopped at nearby markets. And the lift made transport of luggage to the second floor a breeze! Thank you for our lovely stay.

Short stay at a lovely apartment

We were a group of four women, two of whom were visiting Paris for the first time. The apartment is in a great location—near the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees. It is large with plenty of space for all of us and we didn’t even use all of it! We hung out in the living room and ate in the kitchen rather than the elegant dining room. The bedrooms are large and although the building is located at the corner of a busy intersection, it was quiet at night. Two and a half bathrooms were plenty for this group of women. The information provided by Jean-Pierre was very useful (we printed out copies for each of us) and he quickly replied to messages we sent asking questions before our trip. Once we arrived, the orientation by Beatrix was very useful. I would definitely stay there again with a group of four to six people.

Easy way to feel part of Paris

A wonderful beautiful place to stay and share with friends. We were a group from 73-84 years old. Location was in walking distance to many sights and metro is near. If we had questions before or during visit, Jean-Pierre responded quickly. Kitchen stocked with cooking utensils, coffee, tea and spices. Living and dining room comfortable for morning and evening gatherings.. We felt part of Paris vs a hotel stay.

The apartment was well appointed and spacious. It was very nice to come back to the apartment after a full day out and about and reflect on our day in the comfort of the living room. There was a little bit of traffic noise in the two front bedrooms but it was not enough to disturb our ability to sleep. The location is perfectly situated and close to two Metro stations. Checkin was super easy and Beatrice was quite thorough. We would recommend this apartment to travelers looking for a large apartment and proximity to cultural sites and transportation. Good restaurants nearby too.
