Design apartment in the heart of the nicest neighborhood in Paris
The space
Completely renovated small apartment (total surface 33 square meters) in Belleville, a great Parisian area. This is the apartment in which I am living all year long. I am renting in when I am on vacation.
The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a convertible couch which can become a very comfortable bed, an open kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. It is very quiet in a courtyard, with no noise from cars and traffic. Yet, it is very well located, close to three metro stations and two metro lines (2 and 11). You will be just 15 to 30 minutes with the underground, from all the places to visit. Lots of young people live in this area or come to have a coffee or a drink. You can find small and nice restaurants around and be completely immerged in a parisian neighborhood not mentioned in the touristic guides.
The apartment is four metro stations far from the Gare du Nord, where trains from London, Amsterdam and Brussels arrive.
Please note that the apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator.

I will not be able to meet you since I am renting the apartment while I am on vacation. But you will be welcome by a friend of mine who will give you the key.
Other things to note
Please note that this is not a holiday rental. It is the apartment in which I live and love. Therefore there will be my stuff inside the apartment. You will have a small cupboard empty for your clothes.
