  • Dit comfortabele en rustige appartement is gelegen in een stenen gebouw in een zeer gezinsgericht gebied. De wijk ligt dicht bij Montparnasse, niet ver van de Luxemburgse tuin en Saint Germain (2 metrostations).
    Men vindt slagerijen, viswinkel, wijnhandel, bakker, kaaswinkel ... alles wat nodig is om lekkere zelfgemaakte maaltijden te bereiden in de buurt!

    Dit appartement van 65 m² is geschikt voor 2 koppels of een gezin van 4 personen. Het is op de derde verdieping (geen lift) van een stenen gebouw en is erg rustig omdat het op 2 privébinnenplaatsen geeft.

    De apt toegangsdeur geeft uit op een gang met de keuken en eetkamer aan de linkerkant. De woonkamer en de slaapkamer bevinden zich aan de rechterkant. Alle ruimtes zijn bedekt met een mooie houten vloer, behalve de keramische betegelde keuken en badkamer. Er zijn ramen aan beide kanten, het appartement is erg helder.

    • Woonkamer heeft een zithoek en is ingericht met een comfortabele bank en fauteuils. Het baadt in natuurlijk licht en heeft een open haard (niet voor gebruik). Voor de nacht kan de woonkamer worden omgezet in een tweede slaapkamer. De bank opent in een comfortabel bed voor twee. Zoals te zien op de foto's, kan de deur van de woonkamer worden gesloten, waardoor volledige privacy wordt geboden.

    • De hoofdslaapkamer biedt een comfortabel tweepersoonsbed, een schrijftafel en stoel en een kledingkast.

    • Keuken bevindt zich in een aparte ruimte die uitkomt in de eetkamer. de keuken is volledig uitgerust met moderne apparatuur en biedt een raam dat natuurlijk licht geeft. Het eetgedeelte heeft een houten tafel en is gemakkelijk geschikt voor 4 personen.

    • De ramen in het appartement kijken uit op een eigen binnenplaats en zorgen voor natuurlijk licht. Houten vloeren geven een warm gevoel aan die ruime en gezellige slaapkamers.

    • Hoewel niet breed, biedt de badkamer een douche en wastafel. Toiletten zijn gescheiden (maar binnenin de apt).

    Locatie is zeer goed bereikbaar met het vervoer waardoor het erg praktisch is om de stad te ontdekken.

    Als bonus zijn telefoongesprekken naar vaste lijnen in Frankrijk en naar de VS, Canada en Australië over het algemeen gratis. Het geldt ook voor meer dan 50 landen. Bovendien kunnen oproepen naar mobiele telefoons naar specifieke landen (vaak VS en Canada) ook gratis zijn. Vraag ons om details, want dit kan variëren met de tijd en het beleid van operators.

Comfy, convenient - perfect Paris experience

Our family of 4 stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the comfortable beds, well-supplied kitchen, ease of access and great location (across the street from Catacombs of Paris, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, metro station on the doorstep, train direct to/from airport) Excellent communication from hosts. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful apartment

The home was very clean and well organized. The house had a large amount of space and good layout. Location was steps away from the metro and a block away from a lovely open air market, restaurants, and several parks.

Paris in September

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Very close to the Metro, with tons of restaurant, grocery and shopping options within a 1 minute walk. Communication and check in/out were both straightforward and easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay near Montparnasse

The location was perfect, steps away from the Metro (about 20 minutes to Notre Dame) and many restaurants. Apartment was clean and well kept and it was nice to have a dining room as our living room was used as a second bedroom by utilizing the pull out couch. It was also nice to have a cross breeze as the apartment had windows on both sides.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung im Hinterhaus ist trotz der verkehrsgünstigen Lage zu allen Tageszeiten sehr ruhig, praktisch eingerichtet und abseits der touristischen Hotspots insgesamt ein angenehmer Rückzugsort und Ausgangspunkt für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt in Paris. Zum Essen kaufen und Essen machen praktisch: Rue Daguerre gegenüber.

Comfortable funky apartment. Would love to stay again.

The apartment is a fun and comfortable. Busy thriving neighborhood and super convenient to subway which is important in Paris. The stairs were steep as reported many times, but wouldn't let them be a deterrent to staying here.

Great location, perfect for family of 3

We really like the location of this apartment, close to three different metro/ RER lines. You can easily reach any of the tourist attractions in Paris.There were many restaurants and bakeries nearby.The apartment itself was spacious with one bedroom and the pull out in the living-room for our daughter. The kitchen had all the basics and the washing machine was a plus.The only thing that was suboptimal was the bathroom. It was really quite small.We would highly recommend this place.

This one-bedroom apartment is spacious and very well located, steps away from both the metro and a lovely street full of shops and restaurants. We found it to be the ideal location for exploring Paris but also getting away from the crowds. Because it faces two inner courtyards, it is very quiet. It has large windows and is bright and homey. It is a third floor walk-up, so you have to be able to do steps. The kitchen is basic but fine for cooking meals. There were some sugar ants, so we had to be very careful about cleaning up after ourselves and not leaving food out. We appreciated having the toilet in a separate little room from the shower and sink. Our hosts were helpful and accommodating. It felt big for only two people and is ideal for 3 or 4 - the living room is really its own room, so there is ample privacy for two couples.We were there during a heat wave. There is no air conditioning, but the apartment stayed relatively cool, with high ceilings and cross-ventilation.

Our Second Stay

Wonderful location--a local vibe, great restaurants (esp. L'Empreinte and La Vie d'Ange), cheese and wine shops nearby, Metro very close. And the apartment is quiet! The nearly 70 steps could be an issue for some (and us as we get older) and the decor could do with a little sprucing up. But all in all, a good place to stay in Paris. We will return.

We will come back!

If you want a quiet, safe, clean and roomy apartment in a wonderful area of Paris, stay here. The rooms are spacious and bright and the kitchen well-stocked and functional. We were there during a heatwave (temps in the 90s) but 2 large vertical fans kept us comfortable. We fell in love with the 14th Arrondissemnt. Good restaurants and food shops on the rue Daguerre immediately across from the apartment. Highly recommend Restaurant L'Empreinte a block away. We will stay here again!

Perfect location to explore Paris

This property was perfect for three adults. It is very near a Metro stop which made it easy to navigate Paris and see many things. There is a grocery market across the street as well as many fresh produce, cheese, meat, seafood and bread/pastry shops very close. The property is a third floor walk up. It is well furnished and comfortable. The property manager was very easy to get in touch with. Yves met us at check in to explain things and show us around. We were very happy with our stay at this property.

Convenient apartment in the 14th

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment--it is very well located next to all the necessities (metro, groceries, boulangerie, etc.) and in a quieter neighbourhood so we could get away from the crowds. It was quiet and just big enough for our family of four. The kitchen was a bit less equipped than you would need to really cook (no sharp knife, for example), and the apartment has a bit less light than the photos suggest, but truly overall we had a great stay and really appreciated the location and the surrounding neighbourhood--great parks, playground, restaurants, etc.

Great stay

Had a great stay, the apartment was actually larger than it seems in the listing - there is a big room attached to the kitchen and also a living/TV room that we used as a second bedroom with the pullout. Loved the area, its right in the middle of 'Parisian life' without being overly touristed. Quiet, due to being right off a courtyard, not right on the street. Communications with rental office very good and responsive. We stayed for two weeks. Be aware that there are three flights of steps that are pretty steep.

Great for our long weekend visit

We were met at the apartment by a host who showed us all the important features and answered any questions we had. This apartment was just the right size for 2 adults and two teenagers. Conveniently located near a Metro stop, restaurants and grocery store. Important to know there are more than 50 steps to the third floor and no elevator. The building was quiet which we liked. The hardwood floors can be squeaky and we felt like we had to walk lightly in hopes of not disturbing downstairs residents.

Großes Apartment in bester Lage

Sehr zentral gelegen, Metro und RER praktisch vor der Haustür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten incl. Supermarkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Cafes und Restaurants mit sehr guten Öffnungszeiten ebenfalls nebenan. Das Apartment selbst ist sehr geräumig. Zwei Zimmer kann man als Schlafzimmer nutzen und hat immer noch eine große Wohnküche. Die Treppen waren für uns überhaupt kein Problem. Der Holzfussboden knarrt häufiger. Wir haben aber nur den Bewohner der oberen Wohnung gehört. Wir kommen schon bald wieder.

Great place in an awesome location!

The apartment is located in a charming Parisian building. It is a large comfortable space with a modern kitchen. We are a family of four and stayed comfortable for six weeks. The apartment has plenty of light with its many windows. The windows open to two private courtyards, so the apartment is very quiet in that regard. Although, the floors are creaky old wooden floors. As others have stated, the neighborhood is perfect and has everything at your doorstep. We appreciated the comfort and convenience of this spectacular apartment! Thank you!

4 nights in Paris

My wife and 2 teenage daughters and I spent 4 lovely nights in this Paris flat to celebrate the older’s high school graduation. So many positives, including charm, location, convenience and value. This is exactly what you envision when you think of Paris apartments. The only drawbacks were the 3 flights of stairs with no lift and a very petite shower. I would highly recommend this flat a few miles removed from the hustle and bustle but still in a great location, including grocery store, French bakeries, restaurants and other shops just outside your doorway. An added bonus was it felt very secure with 2 security doors and a courtyard between HBO street and entry.

Great stay in Daguerre (Montparnasse)

Had at great stay at this apartment. The apartment itself was nice, clean and spacious. It was bigger than I had expected (bigger than your average European apartment). Kitchen was stocked with everything I needed to cook daily. Even in the middle of summer, and a heatwave, I didnt need to run fans, the building gets a nice solid constant breeze if you open the front and back windows. No issues with neighbor or street noise. Nice and quiet. Check in was easy and I was able to communicate with the property manager via Whatsapp the entire time. Overall A. Locationwise its an excellect location close to Denfert Rochereau station which has the B, 6 and 4 lines so you can get pretty much anywhere in the city quickly. Rue Daguerre is right outside so you have quick good restaurant/pub options as well as bakery, meat market and grocery very close.

Perfect location

Very cute and quiiet apartment in a prrfect loacation. The apartment is decorated tastrfully in French style, clean, spacious and fully supplied for our family of 3., it's just a few steps from the metro, the Catacomb and near Jardin du Luxembourg. There are lots of restaurants, bakeries and cafés nearby and across the street. We throughly enjoyed walking the neighborhoods around the aprtment,, found our perfect croissant at a family bakery right around the corner, sat at the cute little café across the street Terres de Cafe to start our day every morning, if you'd like staying in a less trousty area this is it. Communication with the host and their reps was prompt and easy. Tyes, there are a lot of stairs to go up the apartment but we had no problem with that. We will stay again if we come back to Paris.

Great space, great location!

We enjoyed the large amount of space and the ability to have a door to close to the convertible couch/bed room. Lots of space to gather to eat or, in our case, to play cards. Having a washing machine was much appreciated. The shower was a bit small—but it is an old building in Paris. The cross breeze and fans kept us cool. There was a mold issue on the ceiling in the bathroom. So if you are sensitive to that, you should avoid the apartment. Also, there is no elevator and a spiral staircase. We dreaded going up at the end of each day. But the location made up for it! Located steps from the Denfert metro stop. We would stay there again!
